2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be placed through our official website.
• Prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment gateways.
• Flower Fantasia reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed.

3. Delivery Policy

• We deliver across major cities in Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary depending on location and product availability.
• Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the cut-off time (usually 12 PM).
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Flower Fantasia will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, or natural events), delivery times may be affected.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Once flowers are dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing items, subject to verification.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Product Substitution

• Flowers are natural products and subject to seasonal availability.
• In rare cases, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value if the requested variety is unavailable.
• We ensure that the overall look, feel, and quality of the arrangement remain consistent.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and designs on the Flower Fantasia website are the property of the company.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Flower Fantasia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

• Continued use of our website after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
